Biography:

Nancy practices exclusively in employee benefits, compensation, and ERISA. She advises all types of employers, including sole proprietorships, partnerships, multi-national companies and hospitals and other non-profit organizations with respect to their employee benefits. Her experience includes benefit issues in mergers and acquisitions, multi-employer plan issues, qualified and non-qualified plan design and compliance, executive compensation, fiduciary issues, health and welfare benefit plans, and handling audits as well as COBRA and HIPAA compliance for employers. She regularly deals with the employee plans/exempt organizations branch of the Internal Revenue Service with respect to both compliance statements and ruling requests. In addition, Nancy has represented Third Party Administrators with practical solutions to problems in plan administration and has served as in-house counsel and compliance officer for a major trust company.
