| Biography: | MICHAEL P. HACKETT has extensive experience in representing plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury and commercial litigation including medical malpractice, nursing home malpractice, legal malpractice, products liability, motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability in both the state and federal courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He also has significant experience in appellate practice in New Jersey courts. Mr. Hackett is a member of the Civil Bar Section and Product Liability and Toxic Tort Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. He serves as the Vice Chair for the Product Liability and Toxic Tort Section. He also is a member of the Automobile Law Section of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. |
