Biography:

MARC ROLLO concentrates his practice in the area of environmental litigation in both state and federal courts, with a specific emphasis on underground storage tank and MTBE litigation. He has significant experience in class action and complex litigation involving allegations of, among others, personal injury, property damage, cleanup reimbursement and state fund claims. Additionally, he serves as lead counsel on multiple environmental regulatory matters for petrochemical companies, involving off-site access disputes, state agency cost-recovery claims and natural resource damage claims.

Marc has represented clients in numerous, complex environmental matters, including:

* Serving as lead counsel in defending claims under the New Jersey Spill Act brought by governmental agencies seeking reimbursement of cleanup costs as a result of contractual petrochemical operations;
* Serving as lead counsel in defending property damage and personal injury claims of residential developments alleged to have resulted from groundwater contamination;
* Serving as counsel, together with corporate litigation counsel, in defending putative class actions in Pennsylvania, New York, South Carolina, Alabama, and California.

Marc has overseen the development of information systems and law firm clerical and paraprofessional staffs to efficiently manage complex environmental matters. His oversight of Archer & Greiner associate and litigation staff has permitted Archer & Greiner to provide, at the request of clients, national assistance to various firms throughout the country dealing with environmental contamination and underground storage tank/MTBE issues.

Marc was born in Camden, New Jersey, April 20, 1965. He received his Bachelor’s Degree, cum laude, from Boston College in 1987 and graduated from Villanova University School of Law in 1990. Marc has been an attorney with Archer & Greiner since 1990 and has been a shareholder in the firm since 2000.
