Lindsay Wagner is an associate in the firm's Petroleum Industry Practices group. She graduated cum laude from University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelors degree in Biology in 2002, and graduated summa cum laude from Drexel’s Earle Mack School of Law in 2009. Lindsay was a member of the inaugural class at Drexel. During law school, Lindsay was a Senior Articles Editor for Drexel’s newly established Law Review, and her Note, Sex Offender Residency Restrictions: How Common Sense Places Children at Risk, was published in the Drexel Law Review inaugural edition. In addition, Lindsay won a “Best Brief” award as well as several “Best Paper” awards.

While in law school, Lindsay was a research assistant for Dean Daniel Filler, Professor David Cohen, and Professor Natalie Pederson, and worked on a variety of research projects from sex offender residency restrictions to single-sex education to employment discrimination. Before attending law school, Lindsay taught seventh grade science and was an independent contractor working on various environmental research projects.
