JAMIE A. SLIMM concentrates her practice in the area of environmental litigation in state and federal courts. She has significant experience in all areas of environmental law from regulatory advice to complex litigation.

Jamie combines an active litigation practice with general counseling on regulatory compliance issues. Jamie has served as lead counsel in matters involving claims for personal injury and property damage relating to benzene exposure, MTBE contamination, toxic torts, and leaking underground storage tanks. Jamie also has extensive experience in class action litigation and has served as co-lead counsel in the defense of a multi-plaintiff toxic tort action alleging exposure to benzene.

Jamie also has experience in environmental regulatory matters, providing advice regarding compliance with various state environmental regulations, including obtaining access to off site properties, negotiations with state DEP personnel and private claimants and coordination of investigative and remedial activities.

Jamie has been an attorney with Archer & Greiner since 1998. She came to Archer & Greiner after completing a judicial clerkship for the Honorable John A. Almeida, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Burlington County. Jamie graduated With Honors from Rutgers University School of Law at Camden in 1997 and graduated from Mount Holyoke College in 1992. She is a member of the firm’s IS Committee and the Bar Associations of New Jersey, Burlington County and Camden County.
