| Biography: | Mr. Graziano has extensive experience in all aspects of environmental law, including litigation, class actions, mass torts and regulatory work. Mr. Graziano has been with Archer & Greiner since February 2006. Prior to that Mr. Graziano practiced in northern New Jersey and had experience in a wide variety of litigation practices in federal and state courts. During his career, Mr. Graziano has traveled nationwide representing clients in diverse matters such as toxic tort suits, enviromental matters and the enforcement of restrictive covenants. He has also represented clients in regulatory matters in the environmental, securities and banking industries. Mr. Graziano currently devotes a substantial part of his practice to environmental litigation and regulatory work. His practice includes defense of environmental litigations, class actions and mass torts. As well as practice before various federal and state regulatory bodies. He has represented a wide variety of clients, including National Fortune 500 companies, public entities as well as individuals. Mr. Graziano has also litigated numerous matters involving restrictive covenants in numerous jurisdictions throughout the country. Through his involvement in complex litigation, Mr. Graziano has gained substantial experience managing multi-party discovery and handling all facets of motion practice in state and federal courts. Mr. Graziano is also well versed in the use of computer resources for research of document information management and courtroom presentations. Mr. Graziano has represented clients in matters giving rise to published opinions establishing precedent in New Jersey: In re: Registrant J.G., 169 N.J. 304, 2001. Berkshire Equities v. Montaquiza, 346 N.J. Super. 310 (App. Div. 2002). Mr. Graziano serves as secretary of the Young Professionals Board for the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton Foundation. Mr. Graziano lives in Mount Laurel, New Jersey with his wife, daughter and son. |
