| Biography: | Gary L. Green is Chairman of the Real Estate Department and the Financial Services Group. He represents a wide range of real estate developers, builders, financial institutions, investors and brokers, as well as industrial, commercial and professional businesses. Mr. Green represents the real estate community in connection with development, purchases, sales, leasing and financing and represents a number of national, regional and local home builders and commercial developers. He has extensive experience with environmental matters related to real estate and corporate transactions and has lectured extensively to lenders, business, trade and attorney groups on that topic. He has advised various lenders, developers and industrial concerns regarding environmental compliance related to business and real estate transactions. He has assisted developers and builders with condominium and homeowners association documentation and issues, including preparation of Declarations and Public Offering Statements and registration of communities with the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs. Mr. Green has extensive experience with all types of financial institution representation including lending and compliance, and has represented many start-up banks in obtaining banking charters and all other aspects of their operations. He has handled a wide range of regulatory matters for banks, mortgage companies and other financial institutions, including TILA and RESPA matters, licensing matters, participation agreements, loan documentation review, secondary market issues and compliance and interaction with regulators relating to securities matters. Mr. Green is a member of the Bar in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida and is an active member of the Real Estate, Banking, Corporate and Environmental Law Sections of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Mr. Green has been an attorney with Archer & Greiner since l984, having previously practiced in Florida and Pennsylvania. He received his law degree with high honors from George Washington University in l980 and his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in l977. |
