Angela Titus McEwan specializes in trust and estate planning and administration, business planning, lifetime giving, charitable giving, taxation, and related matters. Her services to clients include various estate planning techniques – such as Wills, Powers of Attorney, Advance Directives, Irrevocable Trusts, Charitable planning, lifetime giving techniques, business succession planning, Guardianships and elder law planning. She also represents families with estate and trust administration after death, as well as individual and corporate fiduciaries who serve as Executor, Trustee, and Guardian.

Angela has lectured on various estate and trust planning topics at public seminars, including the Governor’s Conference for Women and seminars hosted by the New Jersey Bar Association’s Institute of Continuing Legal Education. She has also served as a guest speaker on local radio programs and the television show, “Legal Line,” sponsored by the Camden County Bar Association. Angela has participated in the Camden County Bar Association Committee on the Elderly by providing information services on varied legal matters to the elderly through the Office of the Aging.

In addition to her legal career, Angela is active in charitable endeavors within her community. Angela has served on the Board of Directors for Camden County Chapter of the American Red Cross since 2001. She also founded an annual event called the Jersey Spree for Charity to benefit The V Foundation for Cancer Research.

Angela has been an attorney with Archer & Greiner since 1998, and has been a partner since October 2005. She served as the law clerk to the Honorable Linda R. Feinberg, A.J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey from 1996-1997. She earned her law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 1996, where she was a member of the honors fraternity, Phi Delta Phi. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Justice summa cum laude from Trenton State College (now, the College of New Jersey) in 1993, where she was a member of the honors fraternity, Phi Kappa Phi.
