Bailey Axe is an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group, and maintains a diverse commercial and complex civil litigation practice. She represents a wide range of clients, including individuals, small and large companies and governmental entities, in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Bailey litigates matters involving a variety of legal issues including contract disputes, business torts, products liability and personal injury claims.
Bailey is well-versed in the management of all phases of civil discovery in complex multiparty litigation, including oversight and use of electronic discovery. Her litigation experience broadly ranges across the trial court level, as well as in private mediation proceedings.
Prior to joining Archer, Bailey was an associate in the Philadelphia office of Reed Smith LLP, where she litigated a range of business matters. While in law school, Bailey interned with the Honorable Renee Marie Bumb of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission.
